Description Immediate opportunity for Grant Administrator! This role will play a crucial role in assisting with proposal writing, research projects, and program funding initiatives. Responsibilities: • Managing proposal writing tasks and conducting relevant research projects • Identifying and pursuing potential sources of funding to support objectives and programs • Collaborating with individual programs in the development of funding proposals, budgets, and program monitoring • Assisting in resource and outreach efforts, as well as program fundraising initiatives and capital campaigns • Making presentations on behalf of the organization to various stakeholders and the public • Utilizing computer and basic software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to facilitate work processes • Developing effective programs by incorporating thorough research and program input • Reading and comprehending complex documents, including legislative analyses and government regulations • Using Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports to manage Accounting Functions, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Budget Processes, Cash Activity, Foundation Grants, and Grant Administration. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is crucial. • Familiarity with Confluence software is necessary. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required. • Experience in Crystal Reports is essential. • Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is important. • Demonstrated ability in Auditing is necessary. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions is required. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is crucial. • Proven experience with Cash Activity handling is important. • Knowledge in Foundation Grants is essential. • Experience in Grant Administration is required.
