Our Kforce client, in Boston, MA is seeking a Grant and Development Specialist to join their team. This client is a healthcare organization with a great mission. Duties: * As the Grants and Development Specialist is responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and managing grant compliance and reporting processes with the healthcare system * Collaborating with various departments to support healthcare initiatives, research projects and community programs aimed at improving patient care and health outcomes * Grant and Development Specialist will provide training and support to staff and teams in grant writing and fundraising strategies * Engage in public relations efforts to promote the company's mission and funding initiatives
