Grant Funded Manager-Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB)
In collaboration with the Director, serve as a food systems subject matter expert by developing strategies and project plans with a specific focus on implementing and expanding the Double Up Food Bucks Program. 20%
Manage grant-funded projects, including the DUFB program, by overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, monitoring individual sites, and achieving program objectives to increase access to healthy food 40%
Establish and foster community collaborations, represent the organization in relevant meetings, and build partnerships with community organizations, retailers, growers, and other stakeholders to advance the goals of DUFB and broader food systems initiatives 10%
Collect and report program data, including for DUFB, conduct basic data analysis, evaluate program outcomes, create executive summaries to share impact and inform future strategies 10%
Execute project plans with an emphasis on internal and external collaboration to achieve goals, ensuring that DUFB align with the organization's mission and community needs 10%
Supervise a team, which may include coordinators, volunteers, and interns, to ensure successful execution of DUFB and other grant-funded initiatives while fostering a collaborative team environment 10%Education

Experience
4 Years Years of Experience working with diverse populations in roles related to program management, community engagement or policy advocacy Req and
2 Years Experience with federal grant management and collaboration across multiple stakeholders Req

Skills
Proficient in project management, data analysis, and program evaluation
Strong written and oral communication skills, with Spanish language proficiency a plus
Ability to build relationships across sectors and manage multiple priorities
Excellent oral and written communication, leadership and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, with a focus on continued
process improvement
Detail-oriented, self-starter who is assertive and disciplined, and able to balance competing priorities
Experience in food access/systems or related field within a diverse community, with a basic understanding of
government relations
