As the Grant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Brightli Foundation's mission by overseeing the entire grant process from pre-award to post-award. You'll research and identify funding opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and manage relationships with funders and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide essential services and support to those in need.

Design and implement the Foundation's grant strategy to support overall fundraising goalsManage the grant submission process, including identification, research, and stewardship of prospective grantsWrite and submit compelling proposals, letters of intent, and other grant applicationsAdminister post-award grant activities, including reporting, stakeholder communication, and financial trackingOptimize grant processes and evaluation measures, establishing dashboards to track progressDevelop relationships with service lines to understand program funding needs and opportunitiesManage the Foundation's grant database and donor database for grant trackingCollaborate closely with Foundation and Grant teams to align calendars, prospects, and grant documentsEducate staff on grant policies and serve as a Foundation ambassador for philanthropyEducation and/or Experience Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of grant writing experience, with a strong track record of results in the nonprofit sectorBachelor's or Master's degree in nonprofit management, communications, English, business, social work or social services, or related fieldProfessional experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings preferredAdditional Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of ageCurrent driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredExceptional persuasive writing and editing skills with a commitment to accuracy and detailSuperior organization, administrative, and project management skillsStrong research skills and ability to identify new funding opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database managementExperience with project management tools and methods preferredKnowledge of CARF standards desirableExperience using grant vetting, screening, and evaluation tools preferredPassion for the Foundation's mission, behavioral health, and health equityStrong customer service orientation and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSuccessful completion of background check requiredKeywords: Grant Manager, Nonprofit, Fundraising, Grant Writing, Behavioral Health, Healthcare, Project Management, Foundation, Philanthropy, Community Impact
