Grant Manager Position Summary 

The Grants Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the organization's grant-related activities, including research, application, administration and reporting. This position involves working closely with internal teams, including finance and program managers, to identify funding needs, develop proposals, and ensure that grant objectives and financial requirements are met. The Grants Manager ensures compliance with grant regulations, monitor project progress, and prepare detailed reports for funders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously. The Grant Manager will also foster relationships with funders, ensuring effective communication and long-term support for the organization's initiatives. 

Grant Manager Position Requirements  

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

Experience

Three (3) years of grant writing experience including government agencies, foundations and corporations. Healthcare grant writing experience preferred.

Grant Manager Benefits 

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
