Description We are seeking a diligent Grant Manager to join our team based in Durham, North Carolina. As a Grant Manager, your primary role will be to manage contracts, handle documentation, schedule management, and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers a contract to permanent position, with a particular focus on post-award federal grant experience. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the entire grant process, from application to award • Handle all contract management tasks with precision • Ensure timely and accurate upload of essential documentation • Maintain a strict schedule management to ensure all deadlines are met • Provide top-tier customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of all grant processes • Use the Bloomberg Terminal for data analysis and management • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with grant requirements • Oversee budget processes related to grant management • Manage capital and cash activity related to grant funds. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Grant Manager or similar role in the Non-Profit sector. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management. • Experience with Bloomberg Terminal is highly desirable. • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Auditing practices. • Familiarity with Budget Processes and ability to manage them effectively. • Proven experience in Capital Management within a non-profit context. • Ability to oversee and handle Cash Activity efficiently and responsibly.
