Our Kforce client, a global and well-established organization located in the Boston, MA area is seeking a Grants Finance Senior Analyst to join their team. The client offers great benefits, 3 weeks' vacation, and closed for the week of Christmas and the 4th of July. This position is scheduled to be fully remote. Duties: * Grants Finance Senior Analyst will be maintaining the financial integrity of the grant funded programs of the company * Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the Grants * Develop and monitor budgets for the grant funded projects * Prepare detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and grantors * Prepare expenditure reports, variance analyses and forecasts * Adhere to federal, state, and organizational regulations and policies * Handle all financial risks associated with grants * As a Grants Finance Senior Analyst, you will assist in preparing for internal and external audits * Provide training and support to their staff members * Maintaining organized records of grant financial activities * Open communications with funding agencies regarding financial reporting and compliance issues
