This role will execute a wide range of creative needs for both brand-wide initiatives and business unit-specific content. Strong communication and collaborative skills are crucial to understanding and supporting marketing requests from our various business units and internal clients.

Create and execute design concepts while maintaining brand style guidelines Handle several projects concurrently to make sure creative work looks great, and is thoughtful, accurate and delivered on-time and on-brand Efficiently turn around revisions and production-ready files Lead creative directions/solutions when approached with a challenge Build and maintain working relationships with counterparts and clients Lead by example and support team members to cultivate professional growth throughout the entire team Maintain electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images Conceptualize and design high-quality print, display, digital and video work that aligns with business goals Work closely with Marketing Director and other members of the marketing team in the development of a design from start to finish Create press-ready mechanicals, web-ready digital files; maintain quality control regarding file preparation Quick turn-around time is a must, as is attention to detail and excellent command of spelling and grammar Web Design knowledge a plus Project Management Serve as point of contact for external vendors such as agencies, photographers and printers on projects managed by in-house creative. Administrative Maintain assets and electronic source files in digital asset library Maintain project organization including keeping accurate project notes and records

\n 3-5+ years professional design experience Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including (but not limited to) InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including (but not limited to) PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel (Google Docs a plus) Ability to shape a project from blank-page design to production-ready mechanical Detail oriented and good organizational skills that support the rest of the team Comfortable working within pre-established brand style and guidelines Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent team player with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the organization Ability to work independently and through collaboration Proactive and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in demanding/quick turn environment while adhering to deadlines Strong organization, technological and communication skills Flexible, nimble and resourceful, able to re-prioritize quickly and find solutions when obstacles arise Outgoing, enthusiastic, self-starter personality Knowledge of print and digital production standards preferred \n
