AKE is looking for a creative, innovative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle juggling multiple projects at once. A candidate for this position must be a self-starter – someone who can take a shred of an idea and independently build it into something professional, engaging, captivating, and educational. The Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant must be able to quickly adapt to change and be able to keep the success and forward movement of the business as the ultimate top priority.
As a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant you will:
Develop strategies to reach AKE’s core audience through print materials, ads, and tradeshowsDesign and create sell sheets, machinery illustrations, sales brochures, and other sales support materials with a high level of attention to detailBe the voice of the brand to connect readers with content, look for the conversation starter in our stories, and use it as a lead to spark conversation with our audienceWork with Business Development and related teams to grow relationships with audience and third-party vendors/partners Will be handling multiple projects. Must be able to report progress as needed and create action plans to finish projects on timeResponsible for local event photoshoots and recordingsEdit photos and videos with excellenceWork in concert with broader AKE marketing efforts, including collaborating with the E-commerce Manager on product launches and ad campaignsTo Thrive in this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field1-3 years of relevant marketing experience Use of a DSLR camera2 + years in videography, video editing, and photographyHigh proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Premiere Good understanding of AI Strong interpersonal and presentation skillsGreat customer service and communication skillsBe data driven and experimentalPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects softwareCRM experience (Salesforce)3D animation (Blendr or similar software)Perks and Benefits:
