Graphic Design Co-op/Intern
The Graphic Designer Intern will coordinate, under the leadership of a Graphic Designer, design tasks from conception to completion. In this entry level position, the graphic designer will produce preliminary designs, engaging in design solutions, and processing feedback to improve strategies.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, print materials, presentations, and website assetsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and designsSupport the maintenance and organization of digital asset libraries and brand standard guidelinesAssist in the production process, including preparing files for print or web use and conducting quality assurance checksStay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute ideas and perspectivesTake initiative on special projects and assist as neededUtilize templatized materials to assist with updating existing assetsOther project duties as assignedCandidate requirements for this position include:Working on an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts or Graphic Design; please include a portfolio link in your resume.Experience using design software and graphics editing software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Microsoft Office experience is preferredA strong eye for detail in layout, content, and typographyA talent for creativity and problem-solvingAbility to work well within a teamTime management skillsCESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.  We develop and inspire our Co-ops/Interns through training and coaching on the job.  At CESO, we believe that work should be more rewarding than just a paycheck.  In addition to a comprehensive benefit and compensation program, we create memories and friendships through our employee and service events.
