Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Graphic Designer, Undergraduate Admissions. - Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of responsibilities:

Create visually engaging content by effectively implementing graphic design skills, creativity, and typography.

Design and assist in the development of compelling enrollment campaigns, email outreach, social media initiatives, event materials, collateral, and other forms of print and various digital/interactive media.

Oversee the entire production process of print materials, from initial design and file preparation to estimating, ordering, pre-press approvals, production, delivery, and invoicing.

Work closely with the team in a fast-paced environment to establish effective project timelines and workflows that promote collaboration and address scope or overlap challenges.

Ensure all content is thoroughly reviewed and approved by teammates and key stakeholders, maintaining strict adherence to university branding guidelines and visual standards throughout the design process.

Collaborate with colleagues in similar roles across campus on projects related to new student enrollment goals.

Manage multiple projects and tasks.

Maintain the most up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI design, motion graphics, responsive web design, 3D design, and illustration.

Other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization with 2 years of appropriate; or a master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization required.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams) and MAC OS.

Ability to organize multiple projects/tasks with flexibility and strong attention to detail.

Individual should know how to prioritize job tasks, works well under deadlines/pressure, does not mind working in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.

Salary:

$51,500 per year.
