To meet current business needs and fuel our growth, we’re seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to contribute innovative design solutions for digital marketing with a focus on the Associate Experience.

Our design team strives to understand business needs and design effective programs to support those needs. This team accentuates the Gartner associate experience by delivering compelling graphics, insights and experiences throughout the year. The team also plays a key strategic part in evolving and championing the Gartner brand. Reporting to the Art Director, this role collaborates with other art directors, designers, editors, writers, project managers, and internal business partners throughout the organization. 

What You Will do:

Develop compelling creative for digital experiences aligned to business objectives and the Gartner brand. Project types include small- to large-scale PowerPoint design, environmental graphics, brochures, infographics, interactive experiences, banner ads, social media assets, website/page/component design, e-books, and multi-touch campaigns.

Contribute substantive, innovative ideas to push both our associate experience campaigns and the Gartner brand forward.

Present creative work and offer creative perspective to internal teams and business partners — often non-creative audiences.

Collaborate with peers including designers, writers, editors, project managers, and video team members to deliver cohesive solutions to our business partners.

Operate with a no-project-too-small mentality.

What You Will Need:

3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation applications like PowerPoint and Google Slides. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.

Experience designing compelling presentations, social assets, multi-page documents like e-books, sales collateral, etc.

Ability to think conceptually, tell a story, take a high-level concept and apply it to an entire campaign

Demonstrated ability to understand and visually depict complex business topics. Can translate data into a compelling infographic.

Meticulous eye for typography

Ability to quickly adjust to new situations and maintain focus to meet tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal skills; a strong desire to collaborate, learn, share skills and both give and receive constructive feedback in a team environment; very customer and service-focused

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,280 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
