Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Corporate Branding COE, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of corporate digital assets for both internal and external communications. Ensures that all graphics meet Global Communications objectives while adhering to brand standards. The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all digital assets including graphic assets and photography.
Key Responsibilities
• Design corporate digital asset collateral, resize assets and create logos for multiple channels and platforms. Collaborate with corporate branding department to develop appropriate assets within corporate brand guidelines and design aesthetic. Ensure target dates for graphics projects are met.
• Develop content categorization structure for archival and storage purposes. Tag, catalog and archive all graphic design and photography assets generated for Internal and External Comms. Maintain and organize all working files and final assets.
• Create toolkits, portals and collections of Internal and External Comms related graphic design and photography for markets. Maintain and manage new assets, working files, stock assets and photography for global access and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design Minimum 3 years job experience as Graphic Designer. Project Management experience. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Self-motivated, team player actively seeking information required to stay current in an everchanging technical environment. Ability to receive and implement feedback. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. This department is self-sufficient as IT does not support MAC based products. Perform tasks to ensure safe data storage of digital assets onsite and offsite, to minimize risk. Proficiency in PC based programs Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word....
