Graphic Designer
Responsibilities The Graphic Design position presents an opportunity to join a growing team within an established organization of professionals. As a leading real estate company focused on developing, owning and managing best-in-class properties across all asset classes including office, residential, retail, hotel and public space, we have a strong and growing need to create exceptional branded marketing pieces and presentations to further our business goals. This role will support all of Related Ross’ efforts including creating materials to support marketing and leasing efforts, branded materials for our various properties, internal and external digital presentations targeting prospective clients, potential partners, customer experience materials, templates for digital and print communications, infographics, social media content and HTML code for websites as it relates to our initiatives in West Palm Beach, FL. Design and execute digital, print and video marketing collateral for properties including: social media print/digital ads and billboards books and brochures large scale window graphics and signage merchandise tenant presentations investor presentations Create strong, innovative designs utilizing brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles Assist with RFP responses alongside the development team Regular refreshes of corporate decks in conjunction with office development needs Collaborate with digital marketing manager to create new website content for properties, community and construction websites, and corporate website Assist in developing standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposing Stay current with trends, best practices, and platform updates Other specialty projects Qualifications 2 - 3 years of experience in graphic design in a corporate, in-house setting Experience with concepting and executing all aspects of graphic design pieces High level of proficiency with all standard design programs including Adobe Creative Suite In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier, the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva HTML Marketing is a plus Strategic and creative thinker – with respect to both design and overall approach Excellent written and verbal communications Self-starter – proactive, resourceful and flexible Superior organizational skills and confirmed multi-tasker Attention to detail a must Skilled collaborator Comfortable working in a fast paced, high performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines A passion for technology, content and culture and hospitality Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fine arts, marketing or design preferred Related values diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
