About the role

Responsibilities Conceptualize and develop outstanding visual identities, campaigns, and design assets aligned with brand strategies. Collaborate closely with creative directors, senior graphic designers, strategists, and other designers to turn concepts into innovative visual solutions. Work with external vendors (print, digital production, etc.) to guarantee excellence in execution. Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team as needed. Create and oversee artwork finalization with the technical standards, ensuring quality in every deliverable. Bridge strategic ideas and their execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines and project objectives. Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics or 3D and the ability to work effectively with specialists in these areas. Ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable executions, ensuring alignment with deadlines and objectives. Basic knowledge of team management or internal processes. Previous experience working with international clients and complex projects.
