We are seeking a talented individual to join our Graphic Designer team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, Torre Mayor office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be responsible for:
Conceptualizing and delivering high impact creative outputs within the company’s visual brand identity guidelines.Designing and producing marketing collateral, advertisements/sponsorships, communications assets, and branded experiential events in accordance with brand guidelines.Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to endLiaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.Working within a project management system and briefing process to understand project requirements and manage workflows efficiently.Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.Identifying design problems and devising elegant outputs.Following emerging design trends, techniques, and tools.Developing and maintaining templates to enable others to produce materials that fit our brand guidelines. Work with Senior Management to enhance and develop highly effective PowerPoint presentationsWhat you need to have:
BA in Graphic Design, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in similar job positionsClear understanding of visual hierarchy, balance, typography and colorCorporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateralExperience with brand design touchpoints: Digital and physical advertising, event design, and social designComfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks at onceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud design applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).Experience working in Adobe After Effects, and Premiere to make light video edits for social and internal videos.Skills that will make you stand out:
