Description We are in search of a Graphic Designer to join us in the Hi Tech Engineering sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to our in-house creative team, working on a diverse range of projects to support our internal clients. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Conceive and implement high-level design concepts • Operate effectively with minimal creative direction • Liaise with internal clients to understand and fulfill their design needs • Apply established brand identity across various media forms such as social media, infographics, presentations, and product sheets • Understand and process content effectively • Ensure your workstation is well-equipped for remote and on-site work • Collaborate with a small, experienced design team to drive creative solutions for the business. Requirements • Proven experience in Graphic Design, preferably within the Hi Tech Engineering industry. • Proficiency in Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. • Strong conceptual skills with a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography. • Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals. • Demonstrated experience in creating illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams across departments. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. • Knowledge of 3D modeling software and video editing tools would be an advantage. • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and creativity in successful graphic design projects. • Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. • Openness to receiving feedback and making necessary adjustments to designs. • Willingness to stay updated with industry developments and tools.
