Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in supporting the in-house marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets, collaborating with agency partners, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. This individual will also support the execution of the Signature brand strategy and manage design and creative efforts across Signature and its global portfolio of brands. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** This position will be responsible for the following functions for all Signature Aviation brands and related businesses: + Graphic Design: Develop and produce creative materials, including digital and print assets, presentations, signage, and promotional materials. + Brand Stewardship: Act as the guardian of the Signature Aviation brand, ensuring all visual communications comply with brand guidelines. + Collaboration: Partner with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders to execute brand and marketing initiatives effectively. + Campaign Support: Design visuals for multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand perception and drive engagement. + Marketing Execution: Support localized marketing strategies and materials to ensure alignment with the broader brand strategy. + Content Creation: Produce content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital platforms. + Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for team use. + Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, achieve efficiencies, and drive innovative design solutions. + Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support strategic objectives. **Minimum Education and/or Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. **Additional knowledge and skills:** + Profecincy in the following systems or software: + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) + Canva or other design tools for quick-turn projects + Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) + Digital Asset Management systems (preferred) + Project management tools (Monday.com or similar) + Demonstrated expertise in graphic design for corporate brands, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility. + Proficiency with animated design/motion graphics/aftereffects (not required) + Strong ability to maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to various channels and audiences. + A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. + Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. + A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. + Knowledge of aviation, travel, or hospitality industries is a plus.
