RESPONSIBILITIES + Create Branding and style guides for special events and ministry initiatives. + Design print assets like small group studies, posters for lobby decor, and other marketing materials. + Design graphics packages for videos and other digital marketing materials. + Brainstorm and develop concepts to improve and innovate the way we reach people through our ministry partners. MUST-HAVES + Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) + 3+ years of design experience. + Advanced knowledge of Adobe design software. + Experience with print design and communicating with print vendors. + Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment. + High attention to detail. + Great time management skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. + Exceptional communication skills. + Portfolio available online. NICE-TO-HAVES + Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting + Proven success with forward-thinking design within a church/non-profit setting. + Set design experience or experience with 3D product design. + Experience working with a motion graphics designer. + Experience in apparel design. DAY-TO-DAY + We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. + There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. + Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun! + You can't help but grow on our staff. You'll be around some incredible people.
