RESPONSIBILITIES + Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute graphic content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church. + Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs. + Provide graphic content that enhances the church's online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam. + Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns. + Provide creative input in planning and strategy sessions. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools MUST-HAVES + Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) + Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. + Great time management skills & ability to work under pressure + Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma). + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. + Exceptional communication skills + Proactive and excellent ability to problem-solve + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills. NICE-TO-HAVES + Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting DAY-TO-DAY + We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. + There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. + Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun! + You can't help but grow on our staff. You'll be around some incredible people.
