Job Title: Graphic Designer (PART TIME)

MUST RESIDE IN THE IMMEDIATE TAMPA BAY REGION AS WORK IS ON-SITE AT OUR OFFICES IN LAND O'LAKES, FL**

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for all creative and graphic design efforts for the marketing department at Florida Medical Clinic. Must have excellent communication skills and use creative problem-solving techniques to find resolution for the variety of marketing collateral needed by physicians and administration.

Essential Functions.

Ensures all design work is completed in a timely manner using Base Camp organization platform. Communicates with operations team and manage on-going dialect to follow projects to completion. Advanced skills in design platforms including: In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Microsoft Excel, with Basic HTML Coding knowledge Must be able to interact independently Adheres to and have basic knowledge of HIPPA privacy and security practices Completes all In Designs including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, rackcards, and invitations. Uses Illustrator for the typography and log design and edits existing vector files Uses Photoshop to completes all photo editing; Completes all video editing, some internally with large projects working with outside vendors Creates animated. gifs Uses PowerPoint to create new presentations and templates; packages presentations containing videos Works with data bases and letterhead templates within InDesign and Word Creates digital signs using After Effects Responsible for New Employee Orientation and training staff Facilitates office communication Addresses software, hardware and phone system issues and creates IT tickets if unable to resolve, and monitors ticket statuses daily Consistently coordinates workload to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency Demonstrates courtesy and respect when dealing with internal and external customers, and co- workers. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned Travel to different FMC work locations as requested Maintains an organized and clean work area Participates in maintenance of clinical supplies

Education/Training

High School Graduate of equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work preferred

Experience

Advanced skills in design platforms including In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Microsoft Excel, with Basic HTML Coding knowledge Two plus years in a graphic design environment – preferably in a healthcare setting Customer focus and customer service, verbal communication, problem solving, people skills, teamwork, emphasizing excellence Strong attention to detail Ability to work in fast- paced, team-oriented environment; ability to work overtime as needed to completed projects.
