**Pay rate** : $25-26 per hour
**Work hours** : M-F 8am-5pm
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent job experience

**Description**
The purpose of this position is to bring expertise in visual design, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. This role involves creating impactful designs that align with the brand’s standards and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.
**Job duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to)** :
• Develop and design high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, presentations, posters, social media assets, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Provide creative design for projects from conceptual through completion.
• Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
• Work with external vendors on projects as needed and represent the company in a positive manner.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Review projects to ensure all necessary information is supplied prior to working on each project.
• Work closely with internal customers on all projects.
• Monitor project costs to ensure compliance with established budget parameters. Recommend cost reductions.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep designs fresh and relevant.
• Provide support for additional creative projects as needed.
**Required skills** :
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and proficiency in typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Experience working on both print and digital projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to take direction from manager, management groups, and internal customers.
• Ability to work within the Mac operating interface.
**Preferred skills** :
• Knowledge of Interactive Graphics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Ceros) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with DSLR camera use is a plus but not required.
**Education and experience** :
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent job experience.
• 1-3 years experience in graphic design.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Well-organized, collaborative, and takes direction well.
• Ability to interface well with customers, coworkers, and management through excellent interpersonal skills.
