Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition Create engaging digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, and website content Identify and evolve creative solutions to grow customer experiences; incorporate both brand direction and performance data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing materials Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets Improve the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
