Responsibilities Arcfield is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in creating a wide range of marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, exceptional creativity, and the ability to bring our Sponsor’s materials to life across various platforms. Duties Develops, executes, and refines existing portfolio level briefings, posters, newsletters, websites, fact sheets, logos, and other communications devices in accordance with prevailing Sponsor policies, templates, and guidance for ad hoc, quick turn requirements. Use standard graphic tools and other specialty tools to create presentations and communications. Provides input into the creation of marketing communications program budgets and plans. Manage portfolio content on Sponsor networks and platforms in compliance with Sponsor’s content management policies. Develops marketing communications programs designed to support Sponsor strategies. Assist in the development of portfolio relevant internal (and potentially external) strategies, plans, and outreach. Analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of marketing communications investments and recommends changes in strategy or mix to improve effectiveness. Develop data visualization and reporting based on metrics definition and respond to metrics related reporting requirements including KPIs. Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Proven expertise in targeting audiences. Experience of designing art and copy layouts. Hands on expertise in planning, analyzing, and creating original visual solutions to communications projects. In-depth understanding of the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques. Experience designing graphical layouts for magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, and other publications such as Internet Web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects. Proven expertise in using perspective, isometric, orthographic, and schematic techniques. Experience with providing estimates for man-hours and cost on projects. Proven expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite products, Canva, Microsoft Office products including Word and PowerPoint. Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
