Key Responsibilities
1. Technically leads, project manages and/or executes software projects. Independently investigate customer's systemic bugs or software failures. Proactively learns customer high value problems (HVPs) and uses that information to contribute to strategic decisions for group/product objectives.
2. Expert knowledge on Semi Industry Software Standards / Control system Software/Troubleshooting tools and Methodologies.
3. Understands, troubleshoots and resolves a variety of difficult software problems and explores to provide unique solutions to most difficult and chronic software issues.
4. Manages customer expectations during escalations of customer issues. Interfaces with various peer groups to provide workaround and solutions to complex software problems. Provides timely updates to all stakeholders and drives escalations to closure.
5. Extends support to Lab technicians in validating complex software features and interfaces with software development team to resolve any issues arising during testing of software features.
6. Designs, drives and sustains initiatives, BKMs and internal software utilities that help improve team efficiency and productivity.
7. Develop, deploy and proliferate software training programs for Field/Lab techs/Manufacturing engs.
8. Develop and evolve training programs on departmental procedures, corporate procedures, and detailed product operation. Leads work groups and troubleshooting forums.

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
