gRED Learning & Development Learner Impact Lead
The Position

We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love.

This role is focused on translating our investments in our people into impact on our organizational goals. Organizational goals evolve over time, so this individual must be creative, adaptable, and willing to learn. ​For the next several years this role will focus on enabling gRED’s catalytic investments by building up our educational experiences in cross-functional collaboration (including decision making), drug development, and computation.

The Opportunity:

Develop, implement, and maintain an impact measurement strategy for all gRED programs

Working in partnership with gRED head of L&D, communicate the outcomes of gRED L&D programs to a diverse group of stakeholders and decision makers (leadership, learners who participate in our programs, learning and development peers & experts across Roche, etc.)

When relevant, collaborate with and/or lead a limited number of prioritized initiatives in Genentech/Roche that align with and support gRED’s organizational goals

Curate internal Genentech/Roche materials aligned with our organizational goals, prioritize learning offerings, and work with gRED’s learner engagement & experience lead to promote the things that will have the most impact on our daily work

Identify and oversee the work of vendors who can offer learning programs to fill internal gaps that are critical for enabling gRED’s people to achieve our organizational goals

Recruit, oversee, train, and support facilitators and other L&D ambassadors who can help gRED create a culture of learning and bring impactful learning into our daily work 

Introduce and/or facilitate gRED learning workshops and events as needed

Who you are:

5-8 years minimum of experience designing, implementing, and facilitating learning programs aligned with organizational goals

Knowledge of best practices and tools for effective survey design, competency measurement, and impact measurement

Openness to creative and novel impact measurement approaches that capture what people are learning and how they are applying learnings to their work

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the value of L&D work to a variety of audiences

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and at least 3 years of experience working on learning and development in these areas

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $135,900-$252,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
