Salary: $17/hour Bargaining Unit ( click here (https://www.greececsd.org/Page/531) for contracts): Non-Unit Report Times: TBD Daily Hours: TBD Work Year: 2025-2026 Supervisor: Director of the Arts Minimum Requirements: - Working knowledge of all aspects of the marching arts (winds, percussion, colorguard, marching, etc.) - Extensive knowledge of GCSD internal systems and processes - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Project management expertise - Budgetary management skills - Data analysis and reporting capabilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Qualifications: - GCSD internal candidate preferred Position Summary/Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and management the Greece Marching Band (GMB), Winterguard, and Winter Drumline programs - Oversee all logistical aspects of GMB, Winterguard and Winter Drumline operations including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, staff coordination and marketing, and ensure that program goals are achieved by monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments - Collaborate with the Department of the Arts and various other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of all activities - Serve as the project manager for the GMB and Winterguard home shows - Serve as an advisor to the GMB Parent Boosters and attend booster meetings as needed Questions regarding this posting should be directed to: Name: Mario Belculfine Title: Director of the Arts Email: mario.belculfine@greececsd.org All new employees must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment through the NYSED before employment begins.
