Job Description Project Leadership: Lead the design and development of green infrastructure projects, including stormwater management systems, green roofs, permeable pavements, and rain gardens.   Sustainable Design: Integrate sustainable practices and innovative technologies into project designs to enhance water quality, reduce runoff, and promote environmental sustainability.   Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on green infrastructure solutions.   Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.   Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.   Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.   Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant parties to promote project goals and address any concerns.   Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design documents, specifications, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality. Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in green infrastructure and water management, incorporating new ideas into project designs. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.   5+ years of experience in green infrastructure design or a related field.   Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, stormwater management, and water quality improvement techniques.   Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.   Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
