Check out this 30 second video (https://youtu.be/spsVg0tizoA) of our Greenhouse! + Hours: Part-Time - 8:00am – 12:00pm, Monday – Friday + Starting Pay: $16.00/hr What you’ll be doing: + Own and drive your role in the Pepper Joe’s business through proper care and production in the Greenhouse. + Manage greenhouse cleanliness & sanitation. + Assist with pepper harvesting, de-seeding, and packaging. + Assist with shipping & order coordination. + Coordinate with the team to assist with pepper plant care. This includes planting, medium prep, pruning, fertilizer mixing, etc. + Assist with greenhouse equipment maintenance. + Advocate & adhere to greenhouse PPE policy. + Seek continuous improvement & alignment with greenhouse goals. Physical Requirements: + Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements.
