Job Title: Greeter Job Description As a Greeter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for patients visiting our facilities. You’ll be the friendly face that patients encounter as they arrive, guiding them through the check-in process and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities + Welcome patients with a smile and friendly attitude. + Assist patients in navigating the check-in process, which may involve using kiosks. + Guide patients through scanning their driver’s license, insurance card, and other necessary documents. + Address any questions or concerns patients may have during check-in. + Be comfortable using the kiosk system. + Troubleshoot minor technical issues that patients may encounter during the check-in process. + Ensure patients feel confident using the technology. + Keep an eye on patient flow in the waiting area. + Assist patients who may need additional help or have special requirements. + Act as a gatekeeper to maintain a smooth patient flow. + Provide exceptional customer service to all patients. + Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. + Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. + Show empathy and understanding to patients’ needs. + Regularly wipe down and disinfect kiosks to maintain cleanliness. + Ability to stand for up to 8 hours. Essential Skills + Customer service experience + Data entry + Computer operation + Greeting patients professionally + Tech-savvy + Troubleshooting technology with patients + Front desk experience + Medical administrative support Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma/GED + Basic tech proficiency (troubleshooting a tablet and computers) + Coachable and able to take and initiate feedback well + High level of attention to detail + Strong communication skills; both written and verbal + Positive, hardworking, takes initiative, and works well with others + Proven reliability and positive attendance Work Environment The greeter will be mostly working independently but will also provide support to the front desk staff in the clinic Open positions in Saint Helens, Gresham, and Lake Oswego! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.75 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
