Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Greeter in the North Syracuse, New York location. This role is primarily within the motor vehicle services industry and will involve interacting with customers and managing their requests efficiently. Responsibilities • Greet and engage with customers as they arrive at the office. • Screen and process customer paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Effectively manage the flow of customers in the queuing system to maintain order and efficiency. • Conduct vision tests for customers and grade the results appropriately. • Accurately input passing vision test results into the computer system. • Assist customers in navigating and using the DMV kiosks. • Take photos of customers for their driver's licenses. • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times. • Maintain customer records and monitor customer accounts.
