Description We are seeking a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role primarily involves delivering top-tier customer experiences and supporting the store team while continuously striving for enhancements. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring clean, organized store spaces, and fostering customer relationships that encourage return visits. Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean, accessible, and functional sales floor, promptly reporting any exceptions to leadership • Serve as a resource for technology, particularly company products and services, supporting both the store team and customers • Welcome customers during peak times, ensuring timely connection with a sales consultant and delivering a basic demonstration of company technology to new customers • Regularly inspect and maintain the back of the store, ensuring secure and appropriately placed inventory in line with store standards • Assist with receiving inventory and proper stocking in the back of the house • Contribute to the leadership team by conducting the weekly cycle count process and identifying opportunities to improve the store count process • Stay current with processes and procedures, suggesting improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience • Adapt readily to store management priorities and direction, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity • Handle and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand and move around the store constantly • Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including working nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and provide them with a positive experience • Sales expertise to drive sales and meet store targets • Understanding of store procedures to ensure smooth operation • Leadership skills to guide, motivate and manage team members • Proficiency in check processing to handle transactions accurately • Retail industry knowledge to understand and meet customer needs effectively • Familiarity with conductivity and other technical aspects of store operations • Warehouse management experience to oversee and maintain inventory • Regular and consistent attendance to ensure uninterrupted store operations • Proficiency in Go and ProFile programming languages for systems management • Willingness to work overtime to meet store needs and customer demands • Punctuality to ensure operations start on time and run smoothly • Experience with cycle count for inventory management • Prior store experience to understand the dynamics of retail operations • Ability to maintain walkways for safety and accessibility • QA management skills to ensure quality standards are met in all aspects of the store operations TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
