Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate IV, to be a part of our team in Rio Grande, New Jersey. Your main role will be to ensure a top-notch customer experience in our retail store. You will be required to maintain an organized inventory and a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will also include providing support to the customers and the store team, while being the go-to resource for company products and services. Responsibilities: • Serve as a reliable source of knowledge and enthusiasm for technology, specifically our company's products and services. • Regularly monitor the sales floor to ensure all counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are clean, accessible and fully operational. • Provide warm welcomes to customers during peak hours, ensuring their swift connection with a sales consultant. • Regularly inspect the back of the store for cleanliness, security and appropriately placed inventory. • Assist with the receipt of inventory and ensure proper stocking in the back of the house, adhering to store standards. • Conduct weekly cycle count processes and suggest opportunities for improvement in the store count process. • Adapt readily to store management priorities and direction, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity. • Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. • Be prepared to lift and carry up to 25 pound boxes, and remain mobile within the store. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements • Possess excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Proven sales experience, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products • Familiarity with retail store procedures and protocols • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members • Experience in check processing and handling financial transactions • Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in a greeter or customer service role • Knowledge of conductivity principles and their application in a retail setting • Understanding of warehouse management systems and processes • Proven record of regular attendance and punctuality • Proficiency in the programming language Go is an asset • Experience with ProFile software would be advantageous • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands • Experience with cycle count procedures in a warehouse or retail environment • Prior store experience, particularly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting • Knowledge of maintaining safe and clear walkways in a retail environment • Experience in QA management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
