Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Greeter/Screener for the Patient Satisfaction Department. Required hours vary Monday thru Friday, including rotating weekends/no on-call.
Essential Functions:
1. Courteously greets everyone requesting to enter the facility, acts as the first point of contact and creates first impression on the patients & visitors.
2. Collects required identification and follows all required protocols.
3. Documents according to CDC Guidelines when appropriate.
4. Provides direction, guidance, and information pertaining to the facility.
5. Handles and routes all incoming/outgoing communication to the designated assigned area (calls/mails).
6. Supports other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
2. Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications required.
3. To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.
Relevant Experience:
1. 0-3 years of customer service/related work experience preferred.
