Position Overview:
The GREF Onboards Program Manager manages the program globally, overseeing the end-to-end on-offboarding life cycle. With a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of requirements fully aligned with GREF strategies, the role delivers a standardized program across all regions, ensuring highest standards of data integrity and compliance through audits, manages stakeholder engagement and provides team leadership. Additionally, acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), relentlessly surfacing discrepancies. identifying opportunities and driving bar raising process improvements. Collaborates closely with the GREF People Management Program Manager, GREF Cultural Onboarding and GREF Learning teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for global and regional POCs in the Onboards program teamDelivers defined program strategy, ensuring program health with performance in line with KPIs and SLAsEscalation point for customers and stakeholdersKeeps the scope of effort under control and accelerates operational efficiencies by driving crisp and timely decisions, identifying and clearing blockers, and escalating appropriatelyKeeping GREF People Management Program Manager up-to-date on overall program health, changes, risks and issuesWhat this job involves:
Collaborate with GREF People Management Program Manager to ensure clear expectations on goals and reporting for the program are establishedEstablish and deliver rhythm of business (ROB) calendar for the program (calls, reporting, audits, analysis)Establish mechanisms that ensure consistently high level of accuracy in data management and reportingWork together with the GREF People Management Program Manager to prepare annual budget and resourcing needs.Review of reporting data, weekly statistics and status ensuring accuracy in execution, identification of issues and remedial plansFacilitating regular program calls with a bias for action, delivering MBR/QBRs to GREF BB Onboards Program Manager including, as appropriate weekly performance trackingIdentify improvements and initiatives that optimize program execution, systems and documentationPartner with the Legal and Contingent Worker Compliance teams to ensure fully compliance of the program. Partner with GREF Communication to identify effective communication channels and build a clear and robust communication plan for the programLead program execution decision making, drive solutioning and risk mitigation within the teamSet up strong and efficient processes for the programMake recommendations to GREF People Program Manager on new projects/initiatives that will help evolve and improve the program.Ensure end to end compliance of the programParticipate to strategic committees and prioritization meetings both at a regional and global levelRoutinely provides critical ata for GREF Cultural Onboarding and GREF Learning plus other SOS programs as required.Shared FP&A resources for routine analysis and reporting activities for the Onboards program.Works across teams and influences customers, roadmap priorities, and decisions.Keeping GREF People Management Program Manager up-to-date on overall program health, changes, risks and issuesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Program management experienceAbility to lead regional and global programs in real estate and facilitiesComfortable with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually, across several time zones, in a highly dynamic organizationStrong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast paced environmentHands on approach, show attention to details and ownershipAbility to lead and influence othersProven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationshipsKeep team on track and movingExcellent level of English is mandatory, other languages are a plus#LI-JS11
