Grill Cook - Texas Steakhouse & Saloon Location: Lumberton, NC, 28358 Job Description

The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill in accordance with Texas Steakhouse & Saloon's recipes and standards. The Grill Cook must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to Texas Steakhouse & Saloon's recipes and standards Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and are of high quality Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management Requirements Prior experience as a grill cook or similar position Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent
