**Job Title: Grinder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Grinder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, with a preference for those with plastics experience. Knowledge in extrusion and maintenance is a plus.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load large grinder machines with reusable materials, including bad products, to be ground down and reused in the compounding area.
+ Handle materials efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
+ Utilize hand tools for various tasks related to grinding and material handling.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
+ Experience in plastics.
+ Knowledge in extrusion processes.
+ Material handling experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Ability to document processes accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in maintenance is a plus.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment, producing building products and advertising materials such as signs, window frames, and door frames, all made from plastics. The facility operates on a 7-7 shift with a 2-2-3 day schedule. Candidates must have excellent attendance and be committed to their role, with positions available on both day and night shifts.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50
