**Job Title: Grinder** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Grinders at a leading aerospace company that manufactures metal rings protecting turbine engines. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding metal parts, moving large components, and ensuring the quality of metal rings ranging from 20 inches to 120 inches in diameter. **Responsibilities** + Grind inside and outside of metal rings measuring 20 inches to 120 inches in diameter. + Move large parts and load them onto designated areas. + Utilize hand tools for deburring and other tasks as needed. + Work efficiently in a production environment to meet daily targets. **Essential Skills** + Experience with grinding, general labor, and production processes. + Ability to operate machines and handle hand tools effectively. + Comfortable wearing a respirator and working in a hot, dirty environment. + Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper fit of the respirator. + Able to pass export compliance requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. + Experience in construction and machine operation is a plus. + Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for growth with a 90-day contract to hire. It can be very hot and dirty, and you must be comfortable with the smell of asphalt. The position is for the 3rd shift, working from 8pm to 4:30am, Sunday through Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RANCHO CUCAMONGA, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
