Adecco is assisting a local client in Orange that is seeking a skilled Grinder/Filler Operator to join their team at a dental consumables company. As a Grinder/Filler Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to grind and fill dental products according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Operate grinding and filling machinery to produce high-quality dental consumables - Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area - Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets Requirements: - Previous experience as a Grinder/Filler Operator or similar role preferred - Ability to work 1st shift hours: 4:00am-12:30pm regular hours, with potential for overtime from 4:00am-2:30pm - Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed - Pay rate of $21.50 per hour - Comfort working in a noisy environment (ear plugs provided) - Willingness to handle strong chemicals (half face respirator provided) - Ability to work in a wet environment + Company will be relocating to Pomona in the Summer , must be okay with that relocation If you meet the requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in the dental consumables industry, we encourage you to apply for this position. **Pay Details:** $21.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
