WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Grinder Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating precision grinding machines to produce high-quality parts. This role involves working with advanced CNC grinding machines, such as Cincinnati, Royal Master, and Kellenberger and may include in-feed, thru-feed, O.D., and bar grinding processes.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?  Interpret technical documents such as blueprints and operation sheets to perform machining tasks.Set up machines independently, ensuring proper adjustments and tooling for optimal performance.Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain equipment through routine maintenance and ensure the workspace remains organized.Accurately log production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
