Currently seeking a Grinder Operators for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Warren, RI. A great company to work with that has a family atmosphere.

Responsibilities of Grinder Operator:
-Set-up and operate external grinding machines
-Ensure all dimensions, tolerances and surface requirements are met
-Monitor machines and adjust setting as needed
-Perform rough and finish grinding operations
-Follow operation sheets, instructions, drawings, blueprints, and specifications
-Complete quality checks throughout process
-Perform routine maintenance on machines
-Identify, troubleshoot, and repair problems and discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisor
-Meet company goals efficiently and effectively
-Utilize I.D grinders and other equipment to complete tasks
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements of Grinder Operator:
-Minimum High School Diploma or GED
-At least 1 year grinding experience
-Able to read, interpret and understand blueprints
-Great attention to detail
-Able to stand, move, bend, lift, and squat throughout shift
Great organizational and time management skills
-ability to meet goals while producing high quality products
-Capable of pushing/pulling 10 lbs consistently and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday -Friday.
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr
