Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join a large aerospace company specializing in the manufacture of metal rings that protect turbine engines. As a Metal Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for grinding metal parts, moving large components, and ensuring the quality of metal rings ranging from 20 inches to 120 inches in diameter. This role involves physical activity and attention to detail to maintain high standards.
ResponsibilitiesGrind metal parts throughout the day, focusing on both the inside and outside of rings.Move large metal parts and load them onto designated areas.Operate grinding machinery and ensure proper handling of materials.Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.Essential SkillsAbility to perform general labor tasks.Experience with machine operation and hand tools.Comfortable wearing a respirator (must be clean shaven).Additional Skills & QualificationsNo prior experience necessary; training will be provided.Ability to pass export compliance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a dynamic aerospace environment with large metal rings and machinery in various departments. The workplace can be very hot and dirty, and you must be able to tolerate the smell of asphalt. The position is for the 3rd shift, from 8pm to 4:30am, Sunday through Thursday.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
