We are seeking a skilled production worker at a manufacturing company in Batavia, IL to work as their Grinder Operator. As a Grinder Operator you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to assemble products and produce parts following established blueprint and engineering specifications. ResponsibilitiesOperate grinding equipment to grind, deburr, and finish parts.Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.SkillsPrevious experience in grinding or a related field.Metal fabrication and machine operating experience is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and quality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
