Grinding Machine Operator

**Job Description**
You will be responsible for operating equipment to produce our main product, which is wire, while ensuring the highest quality standards. You will be expected to meet production metrics, maintain machine uptime, and work safely. Once trained, you will be accountable for the safety, delivery, and performance of your machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run a wide variety of products, adhering to production metrics.
+ Ensure machine uptime and run time are maintained.
+ Operate equipment to produce high-quality wire.
+ Be accountable for the quality of the product.
+ Work as safely as possible, supported by the company.
+ Run 1 to 2 machines at a time as part of a team; with 2 operators, run up to 3 machines.
+ Be accountable for safety, delivery, and performance expectations of the machines.
**Nice to have Skills**
+ Experience with manual grinders, ID, OD, Rotary, and centerless grinding.
+ Proficiency in using Cincinnati Automatic Feed and in-line bar grinders.
+ Experience with manual and CNC grinders.
+ Familiarity with centerless grinding machines, calipers, micrometers, and surface grinding.
+ Ability to work with tight tolerances.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
