**Job Title:** ID/OD Grinding Machine Operator
**Shift:** 1st 7am-3:30pm
**Pay** : $17 and up depending on experience
**Job Purpose:**
Operate precision ID/OD grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and smooth finishes on metal components, ensuring quality and efficiency in machining processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate grinding machines per specifications.
+ Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments.
+ Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety protocols.
+ Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

+ Ensure quality control of machined components.
+ Minimize material waste and downtime.
+ Meet production deadlines.
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong teamwork and communication.
+ Ability to adapt to changes and manage time efficiently.
+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.
**Education & Experience:**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ 1-3 months of related experience or training.
**Technical & Soft Skills:**
+ Basic math and reasoning abilities.
+ Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
+ Effective communication in small group settings.
**Physical & Work Environment:**
+ Regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
+ Frequent standing, walking, and handling tools.
+ Exposure to mechanical parts and moderate to loud noise levels.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
