**Job Title: Grinding Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Grinding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, performing basic math tasks, and operating grinding and Blanchard machines. The role involves loading and unloading parts from machines, which are pre-programmed and operated using robotics. The candidate will also be required to inspect parts using micrometers and alternate between grinding and other tasks as needed. **Responsibilities** + Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. + Perform basic mathematical calculations. + Load and unload parts from pre-programmed machines. + Operate grinding and Blanchard machines. + Inspect parts using micrometers. + Alternate between grinding and other tasks as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Basic math skills. + Proficiency in using inspection micrometers. + Ability to load and unload parts from machines. + Familiarity with grinding and Blanchard machines. **Work Environment** This position is in a manufacturing environment. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery and robotics. The work involves alternating shifts, and the dress code is typically manufacturing attire. **Job Type & Location** Torrance, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
