Upkeep and continuous improvement of the entire plant with a focus on the visual appearance of the division

Responsibilities Plant site maintenance that includes, but not limited to:Mowing / grounds maintenance Road cleaning Grounds crew equipment maintenance Ground debris collection Landscaping Misc residential repairs Spill response Misc. site improvements and mill wide assistance Normally scheduled for M – F daylight or as needed  

 

Qualifications

Required

Focus on site safety with specific attention to hazardous site conditions & traffic concernsMust become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipment Must complete annual DOT and RCRA training with environmental for spill responseWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred

Heavy equipment experienceMechanical experienceLawn maintenance knowledge/experienceSmall enginer repair, light equipment maintenance
