**Job Title: Grounds Maintenance $18-20/hr (Weekly Pay)** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As part of our 324-unit Affordable Housing property, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties. This position offers stability with a reputable property management company and an opportunity to contribute to a safe, livable, and sustainable community. **Responsibilities** + Pick up trash around all properties including the office and warehouse. + Clean out vacated units. + Deliver tools and materials to buildings as needed. + Assist with some maintenance tasks when needed. + Assist with replacing appliances as needed. + Assist with stocking materials at the warehouse when needed. + Spray and cut weeds along sidewalks and off-street parking areas as needed (subcontracted). + Assist with snow removal as needed (subcontracted). + Pressure wash the dumpster areas and trash enclosures as needed. **Essential Skills** + General labor + Construction + Groundskeeping + Maintenance technician + Cleaning + Grounds maintenance + Valid driver’s license **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Carpentry + HVAC + Hand tool use + Plumbing + Electrical **Why Work Here?** You will enjoy stability with a great property management company, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
