Summary:

Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel grounds and to help ensure an attractive environment for our guests up to the department standards. Performs a wide variety of activities such as sweep, pick up trash and debris, clean public areas, and performs related duties as assigned.

                                                             

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of hotel grounds Empty the trash and maintain their cleanliness Clean walkways and ensure there are no potential hazards Pick up trash and debris around the outside of the hotel Clean and dry wet and bio-hazard spills in accordance with company procedures as well as OSHA guidelines as they pertain to bio-hazard material Report all bio-hazard spills to the supervisor immediately Report all maintenance issues around the property and hotel areas to supervisor/inspector Understand and comply with job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions Respond quickly and courteously to all guest requests and complaints Follow directions thoroughly and to completion Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned
