($18HR)** **Property Management company looking for A Groundskeeper to join their team to renovate and maintain residential properties in Schenectady NY** **Interviews asap and can start next day.** **Pay:** $18HR based on years of experience **Shift: 8a-4pm** Monday - Friday * **_MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION_** **Responsibilities** **:** 1. Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash. 2. Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. 3.
